A: Our philosophy is to customize each job to the client’s specific needs, all while providing customer service second to none. Integrity is a core value within our organization.
Q. What are your days of operation?
A: CWS understands that a client’s particular need is not universal, and dates along with time of services are varied. We operate 365 days a year, 24 hours a day on service sites. If we miss your call in the business office, your call will be promptly returned. We also offer many form submission options, along with email contract available.
Q: How much do you charge for services?
A: We do not have a set rate for any service. The cost will vary on any service taking many factors into consideration.
Examples are scope, insurance requirements, and logistics involved.
Q: Do you offer estimates?
A: We offer free comprehensive proposals based on the answers our clients provide to us on our project questionnaire.
Q: What are payment methods accepted?
A: We accept business check, electronic transfers, and credit cards (in certain circumstances).
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes. We can offer you a Certificate of Insurance (COI) at any point when working with you. We carry, and offer many types of insurances to protect you and your equipment.

Q: Do you subcontract certain parts of the services out to the other vendors?
A: No, never. Your relocation is handled by CWS in house employees from start to completion.
Q: Where will my project manager be during our project?
A: Our project managers are always hands on, on site, and part of your service from start to completion.
